About the Role
The Recruiter Partner is a client-facing role who leads the recruiting process for their assigned clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for our candidates and clients, owning the client relationship and recruiting process from kick-off to offer. You’ll guide candidates and clients through every step and be hands-on in every aspect of a successful search and placement. You’ll help candidates and hiring managers be prepared, join them in interviews, gather/interpret feedback, and help both sides make informed decisions. You are the conductor and ultimate owner of the hiring process, ensuring clarity, momentum, speed, and a thoughtful human experience for everyone involved. Sourcing will mostly be the responsibility of other team members, but you may need to support sourcing for your clients from time to time. This is a high-ownership role, perfect for someone who loves balancing speed and craftsmanship. You’ll manage multiple concurrent roles, maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates, and uphold our bar for quality while moving faster than traditional agencies. If you’re a hands-on closer who thrives on high-intensity and wants to help build a category-defining recruiting firm, this is your seat. You’ll represent Keepers to leading startups, contribute to closing critical roles, and earn equity in Keepers as a true partner in our mission. About You
You’re an experienced technical recruiter who thrives on relationships and process excellence. You are the owner of the process and as such leave no action undone when it comes to progressing a hiring process. Clients quickly grow trust in your judgment, candidates trust your guidance, and you take pride in delivering a best-in-class experience to both sides of the table. You are confident in conversations and relationships with clients while guiding them toward recruiting excellence. You’re detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture. You keep processes moving, anticipate roadblocks before they appear, and handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy. You thrive in high-urgency, high-expectation environments and see them as opportunities to shine. You continue to learn and sharpen your skills by learning about your role and industry. You’re tech-curious, organized, fluent and confident in English, and comfortable making judgment calls. Your “spidey-senses” are sensitive and you can read people and a room. You see interviews as investigative work, you piece together signals from what is said, not said, and how it’s said to assess if a candidate is a great fit and why they might not be. You’re driven to grow fast and want to be part of a team that accomplishes in one week what others take a month. Career growth is your fuel, and you’re motivated by financial rewards that reflect the impact you deliver. Working late nights or weekends alongside founders isn’t a burden to you—it’s an opportunity to accelerate your trajectory. Ambitious yet collaborative, you make working together easy and productive, bringing energy that pushes you and your team forward. You take initiative, you like to impress, you expect more from yourself than most, you might be running towards success or away from failure, but one thing is certain; you are running.
