About the Role
We’re building a network of Technical Hunters, intentional, resourceful talent sourcers who love both the hunt and the human connection. As a Hunter, you’ll:
- Receive “bounties” sourcing opportunities with role descriptions and supporting materials.
- Proactively source engineering talent in Brazil through your network, LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and communities.
- Submit candidates via your Hunter Dashboard and track their progress to hire.
You’ll be rewarded for every qualified applicant you refer and earn significant bonuses when they’re hired. Our top Hunters combine creativity, persistence, and focus to consistently deliver results.
About You
You’re a connector and a closer, someone who thrives on finding the perfect fit. You enjoy the chase but take pride in building trust with candidates and representing a brand that values fairness and transparency. You operate with focus and intention. You protect your time, measure your results, and see each referral as a chance to help someone take a major career step.
Skills
Required Hard Skills:
- English (B1+ proficiency)
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Established sourcing network across tech communities.
- Familiarity with startup culture and engineering roles.
- Access to LinkedIn Lite or Recruiting license.
Required Soft Skills:
- Highly resourceful and self-directed.
- Creative problem solver who experiments with new sourcing strategies.
- Consistent follow-through, you close the loop on every lead.
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and driven to create life-changing impact.
Role Responsibilities
- Review sourcing opportunities (“bounties”) provided by Keepers.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates for long-term roles.
- Submit candidates through the Hunter Dashboard and monitor their progress.
- Represent Keepers with professionalism, authenticity, and warmth.
- Build relationships that strengthen our network over time.
Compensation & Incentivesyes
Earnings per candidate:
- ✅ Qualified Referral: $20 – $50 USD each.
- 🎉 Candidate Hired: $750 – $1,000 USD.
Milestone bonuses:
- ⭐ 3rd Candidate Hired: $1,000 USD bonus.
- 🗽 10th Candidate Hired: Trip to NYC for you +1 (flights + accommodation).
