About the Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer on our AI team, you’ll design and deliver systems that power our financial AI agent, helping protocols manage billions in assets with clarity and confidence. Reporting to the Head of Product and AI and collaborating with our CEO and AI researchers, you’ll turn cutting-edge AI into real-world tools that empower the DeFi ecosystem.
About You
You thrive in high-autonomy, high-velocity environments and enjoy turning complex problems into elegant technical solutions. You’re comfortable working across the stack, from backend infrastructure to polished user-facing components. You stay curious about emerging AI frameworks, DeFi trends, and performance optimization techniques.
Skills
Required Hard Skills:
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Proven experience designing, building and scaling APIs and web applications
- Experience ingesting and managing high-volume data.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Great to have:
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based AI agents, currently in production environments and actively used by end users.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain or similar
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, and AI agent design
- Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and DeFi systems
Required Soft Skills:
- Highly self-directed and accountable
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and product teams
Role Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack systems for the AI financial agent, enabling real-time risk management across DeFi protocols.
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services to power agent workflows and integrate seamlessly with partner platforms.
- Create high-performance, user-facing interfaces that visualize AI reasoning, surface actionable insights, and support real-time interaction.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate and productionize agent logic into production-ready systems.
- Connect and manage data pipelines from diverse financial sources to ensure accurate, timely, and contextualized insights.
- Implement robust testing, monitoring, and performance optimization practices to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Stay current with LLM frameworks, full-stack tools, and financial market trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
- Integrate and process on-chain data from blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum) to power AI-driven financial insights.
Compensation & Incentivesyes
